oh god damnit, this was supposed to be a separate pull request, not sent to the main one... :( Well, seeing as I'm not good enough at Github to know how to separate them now, hopefully it's easy enough to just grab this new part of the request if that's preferrable. |

I think this file shouldn't be changed. We would need a new migration file if we want to change the db constant names.
changing that other sql file back too, on advice
